Unfortunately we cannot offer returns returns of your purchase unless it is faulty on arrival, so please make your purchase wisely!
If you do receive any faulty items please contact us at blossombay@bigpond.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase with your order number and a photograph detailing the faulty item. After this time, we are unable to exchange or refund any items.
Faulty items will be replaced as soon as you contact us, however if the item is out of stock we will give you a store credit for the purchased amount that you can use on your next Blossom Bay order.
