Shipping & Delivery
All orders placed before 11:00am ACST will be sent the same business day. Orders placed after this will be sent on the following business day.
During Sale periods, orders may not be dispatched the same day if it is placed before 11:00am ACST. However we will endeavor to get it sent out the following business day.
Receive FREE standard shipping on orders over $100.
Orders under $100 will incur a $10 shipping fee and your order will be sent with Australia Post Standard.
Express Shipping is available on all orders. Express Shipping incurs a $15 fee on orders under $100 and a $5 shipping fee for orders over $100.
All items are shipped via Australia Post.
Standard Shipping takes up to 2-6 business days
Express Shipping is next business day delivery if you are located in Australia Post's Express Post Network. If you are located outside this network it can take 1-3 business days for your order to be delivered.
Unfortunately we do not currently ship internationally.
Once your product is packed and dispatched, you will receive an email with a unique tracking number for you keep track of how far away your Blossom Bay order is. As per Australia Post's policy, if you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, it will be placed in your letterbox or taken to your nearest Australia Post for you to pick up. Parcels will not be left at your address unless instructed by you to do so (only on express orders). Please leave a comment when you place your order and select express shipping if you would like your parcel to be left. In doing this you accept responsibility, ownership and liability as the recipient and Blossom Bay will not be held accountable for any lost or stolen packages.
Once parcels are deemed 'delivered' by Australia Post the responsibility, ownership and liability transfers to you as the recipient. If you have any issues with delivery, you will need to directly contact Australia Post and launch an investigation.
